Over the past 25 years, our founders have been influential in delivering health system reform within the UK NHS and have created Health Innovation International to share that experience globally.

 

Health Innovation International has been designed to break away from convention in the way companies are structured and grow, through the creation of networks of people and organisations.       

 

New and emerging technology will feature in the companies solutions, allowing its people the freedom to work internationally in an environment that is supportive, optimistic, ambitious and disruptive.

As an Executive Director at Guy's and St.Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) in London, Steve transformed the Trust's infrastructure and systems along with creating a wholly owned commercial subsidiary delivering services and support to health organisations across the UK and internationally.

 

An advocate of the need to develop continually people at all levels, Steve created an Academy in partnership with a leading London University, responsible for the training, education and development of people involved in Health system and infrastructure design and operation.

Richard is a chartered accountant and entrepreneur with over 15 years' healthcare experience in the UK and internationally. He led the creation of Ernst & Young’s International Health Unit exporting UK health expertise to the international market including China, the Middle East, and South America.

 

Richard also founded UKCM, an award-winning health technology company providing innovative online primary care to over 4,000 Chinese people living in the UK. He is a member of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, which is NHS England’s flagship programme incubating innovation.
